Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman was an American female gymnast, and captain for The US women's Olympic gymnastics 2012 Fierce Five team and in the year 2016. the Final Five. In 2012 the team, she won gold medals in team competitions and also the floor workouts. For the balance beam Raisman got the bronze medal. That made her the very first American gymnast in the Olympics with the highest number of medals. In the 2016 Olympics she won a silver medal in the team event which earned her and her teammate Gabby Douglas the honour of been the first Americans to earn back-to-back gold medals in a team. Furthermore, she was awarded two silver medals in the floor exercise and the all-around individual. After the 2 Olympics she took a break from competitive gymnastics over three seasons. The gold medal she won for the American team also took part in twice at World Championships. Gymnastics was her first sport of choice at the age of two and her favorite event is the floor workout. Aly is a supporter of the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organisation to honor her mother, who died from cancer. She is planning to pursue one in the fashion industry and wants to develop her famous line of leotards and socks later on. Fierce the new novel that she's been working on, is scheduled to launch later in the year.
