Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore has been a Hollywood actor and author for several years. Her work is also highly praised by reviewers. She's a Sagittarius born on December 3 1960 in North Carolina. She's the eldest of the three children that were the children of Peter Moore Smith (a paratrooper) as well as Anne Smith who was a psychologist. She is of English-Scottish descent. Due to her father's job the Moore family often relocated and she had to work hard to make relationships or keep them. Moore got her first role as a lead on the screen in Safe (1995). In 1997, her career as an actress reached a turning point after Steven Spielberg cast her to play the lead role in Jurassic Park: The Lost World which was one of the top-grossing films in 1997. The year 1999 was the first time she was awarded a SAG Award for her performance in Magnolia. The film was co-produced by Nicole Kidman, Meryl Streep as well as others on The Hours, which was awarded nine times at the Academy Awards. Moore also appeared in The Forgotten (2003), Freedomland (2005), Shelter (2010) along with a host of others. Non-Stop was her film from 2014.
